If you're upgrading from Manage My Short Sale, all you'll need to do is sign up for PropTrackr and then use the Migration tool.

Once you're signed in your PropTrackr account, go to the Admin >> Import from MMSS section.

Now we're going to need to know your subdomain name from Manage My Short Sale as well as your administrator email address and password.  

Once you've the required information click Begin Import.

That's it!  Your data has been migrated.

What else happened when I migrated?

When you moved your data, we also canceled your Manage My Short Sale billing.  You will no longer be billed for your Manage My Short Sale account.  You do not need to submit a support ticket requesting cancellation.

We also forward your Manage My Short Sale website to your new PropTrackr website.  You won't need to notify your clients that you have a new site.  They will automatically be forward to your new site.
