If I hire a programmer to create the features I need PropTrackr to have, will your programmers then review it and then put it in PropTrackr?  I'll only charge a low monthly fee to allow PropTrackr to use it.  ;)  Kidding aside, I really need a reporting feature and I'm sure I can find a programmer to whip it out in less than a week.

I know you are focusing your efforts on Finer Solutions, but we need some added features over here for those of us who are using this program every day, all day long and growing our business.
