PropTrackr's main Property grid offers filter to narrow your property list:

If you want to display properties with specific characteristics, you can use property filters by typing the desired attributes into the text box in the appropriate column.

In the example shown we are going to filter our properties by city and state:

Our list is now filtered to display properties only in Colorado. However, We will narrow the list further by setting a city as a filter:

We have successfully narrowed our list to display properties in a specific city and state.

Filters may be placed on any column, or any combination of columns.
