The PropTrackr affiliate system allows you to be compensated for all those that you recommend PropTracker to. For each subscription that your affiliate campaign/s brings, you will earn a percentage of their monthly subscription price.
The Affiliate Manager is the primary location where your affiliate resources are located, and is found under the Admin tab of your navigation sidebar.
This article will explain how to use this Affiliate Manager:
At the top of the Affiliate Manager window you will see a graph representing monthly clicks:
This is visual aid displaying how many clicks to the PropTrackr website have been generated by your campaigns each month.
Under the graph there is a link that states "Edit payment mailing address and who it's made out to". This will link to the Admin >> Configuration section of your PropTrackr account. The "Affiliate" tab is where you may edit your payment information.
NOTE: The minimum check disbursement is $250. Your first check will be sent 30 days after you reach the $250 mark. This is to ensure that they payments of those you referred to PropTrackr have been processed properly.
There are three tabs within the Affiliate manager: 'Affiliates', 'Campaigns, and 'Payments':
The first tab, Affiliates, contains a list of all your affiliates that have a PropTrackr subscription, and will also show which campaign brought them in, the state of their account, totals for monthly revenue, total collected, and sign-up date.
The second tab, Campaigns, shows the details of your current campaigns (IDs, descriptions, date created, clicks, and conversions), and allows you to create a new campaign.
To start a new campaign select the "Create new Campaign" button. A window will appear in which you need to create a description of the campaign.
Right-clicking on the campaign will provide options to view details, statistics, edit, or delete a campaign:
If you select "View Details" a window will open that provides images and pre-created HTML banners. You may copy the code to put these banners on websites, blogs, etc.
NOTE: You do have the option to create your own banners, text links etc. but you must link to the same URL provided. Failing to do so would result in your campaign not being recognized or credited with the click.
The third tab, Payments, displays what has been collected, the status of your payment, and the dates they have been paid on.
