So you're all signed up.  Now what do you do?
We put together this Getting Started Guide to help you get going with using PropTrackr.  Once you spent some time using it, you'll start to see just how easy it is to use.
The first thing you're going to want to do is sign in to your account.  When you registered for PropTrackr you were asked to chose a subdomain.  You'll access your website by going to http://YOURSUBDOMAIN.myproptracker.com.  Replace the YOURSUBDOMAIN part with the subdomain you chose when you registered.
You should be taken to a site that looks like this

At the top of the page is a link to Login to your site.  Click that and you'll be taken to a page to enter your email address and password.

Once you have signed in you'll be taken to your Dashboard. The Dashboard has snapshots of your system activity, followups, tasks and important announcements from the PropTrackr team.

We recommend you spend some time just looking around.

There isn't going to be any data in your system yet because we haven't added any properties or imported any data.  We'll do that next, but spend about 20 minutes quickly looking things over. It will help you make sense of the different features as we go along.
OK -- hopefully you spent some time looking around at the system.  Let's start off by taking a look at the menu on the left to get a better understanding of how things are layed out.

Hover your mouse over the Properties menu.  See the arrow that appears to the right side of the menu?  Click that and it will expand the menu to show the sub-items.

Select Add New from the sub-menu.  Once we have a property in the system we'll be able to get into the Property Details section.
Next, we'll need to enter the information asked on New Property page.  All we need is basic information like Deal type and Property Address.

Now that you've added a property, Go to the main Properties page and double click the property to view the Property Details section.  This will give you a lot more options for information about the property including property contacts, mortgage, pricing data, dates, etc.  Spend a few minutes exploring all of the different options on this page.

Now that you have a property in the system, start exploring even more.  Check out Notes, Deal Analyzer, Property Documents, Comps Generator and Repairs sections in the Property Details area.
Once you're done exploring check out the other sections of the Help Center to learn more specific details about how to use PropTrackr!
